1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Valid proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn baby clothing
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Sale or discounted items
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. Razorpay Refund Processing
Refunds are processed via Razorpay. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged items
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images as proof
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
8. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
